...Scott Adams, the down-to-earth creator of the "Dilbert" comic strip, says a couple of years ago he became obsessed with the desire to create a food product that would allow consumers to get virtually all their essential nutrients in one quick and convenient form.

...Adams is convinced that the Dilberito could take off in a big way. "When we first started this, I thought it (the target audience) would be whoever likes to pay attention to what they're eating." And that group, he believed, was a relatively small segment of the population. He's come to see it differently. "Who isn't interested in what they're putting into their body?" he reflects.
